CardVeda is a small project. Mail reaches a person, and corrections to card data are genuinely welcome.

What to include
- A wrong card benefit: the card, the field that is wrong, and a link to the issuer’s page showing the correct term. That is enough to fix it.
- Deleting your account: write from the email address you signed up with. Your account, your card list and every share attached to it are removed.
- A privacy question: read the privacy page first — it lists exactly what is stored — then ask about anything it does not answer.
- A security issue: please report it privately by email before disclosing it anywhere else.
What CardVeda cannot help with
Anything to do with your actual card or account — a declined transaction, a missing reward, a fee, a limit change, a lost card. CardVeda has no connection to your bank and cannot see or change any of it. Contact your issuer directly.
